Assignment 7: A Line as a Relation to my Body For this assignment, we were supposed to make an art piece that could relate to our bodies in some way. The part of my body I decided to use as a subject for the art was my brain. I tried to capture the disorganized, chaotic nature of a mess of thoughts with a scribbling style of drawing and a mixture of crayon, highlighter, ballpoint pen, and mechanical pencil. I wanted the art to have symbolism of imagination, grandeur, fear, and chaos. I wanted the viewer to have lots to see and to want to look at it. I also wanted to add some symbolism of how, even though someone may be sitting still and staying quiet, their minds will remain active. I added my own oc's in the piece.
